Given current production, the demolition and rebuilding work for the finishing hall were carried out in a three-phase project sequence.
The new factory hall, with a length of 240 m, is isolated from the adjoining warehouses by a precast concrete block firewall. The hall, connected to the factory rail network, will transport some materials by train. A truck lane will open up the 70 m wide hall in the transverse direction. Other materials will be loaded inside the hall using the four installed overhead cranes.
The devices integrated in the steel construction hall for: switching systems, despatch office, operational and social rooms for around 20 people are produced as prefabricated components.
